4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a free strategy call, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Limitation of Liability
G&T Business Consulting LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to marketing performance, lead generation outcomes, or system usage.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of New York.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Age Restriction (18+) By using our website, services, or opting in to receive SMS communications, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information or SMS consent from individuals under the age of 18.

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from us. The types of messages you may receive may include, but are not limited to, free strategy call reminders, promotions, and updates related to our services. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt-out of the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
